Order Information

If we receive your order before noon on a business day, 95% of the time your product will ship that day. Orders placed after our afternoon cutoff will ship the next business day. We promise your order will ship no later than 2 business days.

All of our products have a 100% satisfaction guarantee, that the store you purchased your HG product from will honor. If you’re not happy with a certain product, that’s okay! We just ask that returned items to original purchase place, i.e. the store you purchased your product from.

We have (2) options for return/refund:

1. If you want to send it back to us, we will deduct the shipping cost off of your refund once the product arrives back at HG. Your refund takes between 5-7 business days to process depending on your banking institution.

2. You can donate the product to a local Equine Shelter/Rescue/Sanctuary or ASPCA, and we will refund you minus shipping. We will just need the name of the organization so that we can add them to our running list so that we can keep them on the list for situations like yours.

Our shipping rates are determined the total weight of your order. 10lbs & under ship, 100% on us FREE for you. 11lbs and more, we pay for 50% off the shipping. Shipping rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout!

If you are having issues logging into your account, it may be because you haven't activated your new account under our new security platform.

Please email orders@horseguard.com with your name and your account email. We will then send you an activation link.

We are sorry this has happened to you. In order for us to submit a claim to shipping companies we will need a few things from you. Please email us the following info to orders@horseguard.com

- your name and order number

- photos of outside of box and inside of box

- a photo of the damaged area of product

Once we have received this information we will send you a replacement product. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for the assistance.

Due to limitation of our carriers we cannot ship to PO Box's, with exceptions of Hawaii and Alaska. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Product Information

Our products are made fresh at our production ranch in Redmond, Oregon. Products coming from www.horseguard.com have been made within the month of shipment. Most Horse Guard supplements have a shelf life of 2 years, however some have a 1 year. Check on the products page under feeding instruction for the shelf life of that particular product.

All classes of equine can be fed our supplements. Donkeys, Mules, Miniature Horses, Ponies, Draft Horses, etc. Please contact our Equine Nutritionist if you have questions on your specific equine.Remember all our products are fed dependent on weight, check each product's feeding instructions for dosage.

Our supplements can be safely fed to pregnant or nursing mares, weanlings and older, with exception to our Simplete product line. Simplete needs to be fed to equine 18 months or older. Please contact our Equine Nutritionist if you have questions on your specific equine.
